Anti-CAPG Antibody

This Rabbit polyclonal antibody targets CAPG and is supplied by Antibodies.com as part of their Primary Antibodies range. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The reagent is unconjugated and is provided at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

The immunogen is a recombinant fragment corresponding to a region within amino acids 62–349 of Human CAPG, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of CAPG protein. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The reported molecular weight of CAPG is approximately 38 kDa.
