Anti-CAPG Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting CAPG (also referred to as Actin Regulatory Protein CAPG/MCP), offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The antibody is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and supplied as a liquid preparation. It has been validated for Western Blot (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The reagent is KO Validated.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–348 of human CAPG (NP_001738.2), and the target has a molecular weight of 38 kDa. The antibody is affinity purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide. Concentration is lot specific.

Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:2,000 and IHC: 1:50–1:200. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
