Anti-CANX Antibody

Calnexin (CANX) is a calcium-dependent endoplasmic reticulum lectin chaperone that assists nascent glycoprotein folding through the calnexin/calreticulin cycle. This polyclonal reagent, raised in rabbit and affinity-purified, recognizes the cytosolic tail of human, mouse, and rat CANX, supporting studies of ER quality control, the unfolded protein response, and stress granule biology in mammalian cell systems.
