Anti-CANT1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets CANT1 and is supplied as an unconjugated primary antibody validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) on human samples.

The reagent was raised against recombinant human CANT1 protein, detects the endogenous level of total CANT1, and is of IgG isotype at 1.0 mg/mL. It is formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and was purified by affinity chromatography using the immunogen. Alternative names reported for the target include Apyrase homolog, Putative MAPK-activating protein PM09, Putative NF-kappa-B-activating protein 107, SCAN-1, SHAPY and Soluble calcium-activated nucleotidase 1.

For handling, the antibody is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C upon receipt, with avoidance of repeated freeze/thaw cycles; for continuous use, store at -20 °C.
