Raised in rabbit, this unconjugated polyclonal IgG reagent from Antibodies.com is validated for western blot detection of CAMSAP2 in human, mouse, and rat samples. CAMSAP2 (calmodulin-regulated spectrin-associated protein 2, also called CAMSAP1L1) is a member of the CAMSAP/Patronin family and acts as a non-centrosomal microtubule minus-end binding protein that stabilizes free microtubule ends, organizes the interphase microtubule network, and contributes to epithelial polarity, oriented cell division, and neuronal differentiation.

Provided as 200 µl of antiserum and validated as an unconjugated primary for western blot workflows, the antibody cross-reacts with the mouse and rat orthologs as well as the human protein. It supports comparative work in rodent models of brain development and epithelial morphogenesis, alongside human cell line research tracking microtubule organization, mitotic fidelity, or apical-basal polarity. Aliquot upon receipt to limit freeze-thaw exposure and store frozen at -20 °C in working volumes; the unconjugated format permits direct coupling to fluorophores, HRP, or biotin-based secondary detection chemistries downstream.
