Anti-CAMP Antibody

Raised in Rabbit and supplied by Antibodies.com, this polyclonal reagent is validated for detection of the cathelicidin antimicrobial peptide (CAMP, also known as CAP-18, CAP18, FALL39 or hCAP-18) in human samples. The immunoaffinity-purified antibody is offered unconjugated at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL format, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The immunogen is recombinant human CAMP protein, and the antiserum specifically recognizes the endogenous total CAMP protein. It has been validated in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows, and the unconjugated format leaves the antibody free for downstream labelling or secondary-detection chemistries of the user's choice.
