Anti-CAMKV Antibody

Generated in rabbit and supplied by Antibodies.com, this polyclonal reagent targets the CaM kinase-like vesicle-associated (CAMKV) protein, a serine/threonine kinase enriched in neurons where it supports dendritic spine maturation and synaptic vesicle function. Validated for Western blot work on human, rat, and mouse samples, the unconjugated antibody is provided at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.3. Labs studying neurodevelopment, synaptic plasticity, and the molecular basis of CAMKV-linked intellectual disability use this reagent to probe endogenous CAMKV levels in cell lysates and brain-tissue homogenates. The 100 µl liquid aliquot should be kept refrigerated at 4 °C and protected from light; divide into smaller aliquots to limit freeze-thaw cycles, and allow only short periods at room temperature during active use.
