This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody targets CAMKK1 (calcium/calmodulin-dependent protein kinase kinase 1), an upstream serine/threonine kinase that phosphorylates and activates downstream effectors such as CAMK1 and CAMK4 within calcium-triggered signaling cascades. Produced and validated at Antibodies.com, the reagent is supplied as a 100 µl aliquot and is verified for Western blot detection of endogenous CAMKK1 in human and mouse samples.
It is raised in rabbit, affinity-purified as a polyclonal reagent of the IgG isotype, and supplied unconjugated so it pairs cleanly with HRP- or fluorophore-conjugated secondary antibodies matched to the user's preferred detection chemistry, supporting either chemiluminescence imaging of low-abundance targets or multiplex fluorescence immunoblotting workflows.
Research use cases include studies of calcium-dependent signaling in neurons, T-lymphocyte activation, hepatic gluconeogenesis regulation, and the broader LKB1/CAMKK/AMPK energy-sensing axis relevant to metabolic disease research. Each tube is intended for research use only.
