Anti-CaMKIV (V192) Antibody

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 160–218 of Human CaMKIV, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of CaMKIV protein (CaMKIV V192/196 pAb). It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2, and the target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 60 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
