Anti-CaMKIV (phospho-T196/200) Antibody

This Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets CaMKIV (phospho-T196/200) and is supplied unconjugated. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human CaMKIV around the phosphorylation site of Threonine 200. The antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of human CaMKIV protein only when phosphorylated at Thr200, and also recognises mouse and rat CaMKIV when phosphorylated at the corresponding site (Thr196). The predicted molecular weight is approximately 60 kDa.

The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
