Anti-CaMKIV (phospho-T196/200) Antibody

The polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com specifically recognizes CaMKIV (Calcium/calmodulin-dependent protein kinase type IV) only when phosphorylated at threonine 196 and threonine 200, two autophosphorylation sites located within the kinase activation loop. Because maximal catalytic activity of CaMKIV requires phosphorylation at these residues, the reagent serves as a molecular readout for calcium-triggered signaling in cell lysates and fixed tissue sections.

Raised in rabbit, the antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in 100 µl of phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2.
