Anti-CaMKII (Ab-286) Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against a synthetic peptide spanning amino acids 284–288 (Q-E-T-V-D) of human CaMKII and detects the endogenous total CaMKII protein across human, mouse, and rat samples. Supplied as a 50 µl aliquot at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol, the unconjugated antibody is affinity-purified by epitope-specific peptide chromatography following immunization with KLH-conjugated peptide. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:1000 for Western blotting and 1:100–1:200 for immunofluorescence, covering the WB and ICC/IF applications.
