Anti-CaMKIIβ/γ (R631) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal primary antibody available from Antibodies.com, raised against CaMKIIβ and reactive with human, mouse and rat samples. The unconjugated antibody has been validated for WB and immunofluorescence (IF/ICC) applications and detects endogenous levels of CaMKIIβ and CaMKIIγ protein.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 601–652 of human CaMKIIβ. The antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2, and recognises a target of approximately 50–80 kDa.

It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.
