Anti-CaMKIIβ/γ/δ (S280) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets CaMKIIβ/γ/δ phosphorylated at S280. The unconjugated reagent is raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 248–299 of human CaMKIIβ and is reported to detect endogenous levels of CaMKIIβ, CaMKIIγ and CaMKIIδ protein. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.

The antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity reported as greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The expected molecular weight of the detected protein is approximately 50–80 kDa.
