Anti-CaMKIIα/δ (M281) Antibody

Affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against CaMKIIα/δ (M281), supplied by Antibodies.com. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 250–300 of human CaMKIIα, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of CaMKIIα/δ protein. It is unconjugated and has been validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, reacting with human, mouse and rat samples.

The antibody is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The target protein migrates at approximately 54 kDa, and the preparation shows greater than 95% purity by SDS-PAGE following affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen.
