Description
From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against CaMKIα and supplied as a 1mg/ml solution in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western Blotting (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Immunofluorescence, including ICC/IF, and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
The immunogen is recombinant full length Human CaMKIα, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of the CaMKIα protein, which has a molecular weight of ~ 41kDa. The reagent is of the IgG isotype and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
