Anti-CAMK4 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com targets calcium/calmodulin-dependent protein kinase IV (CAMK4) and is supplied as a 50 µl aliquot at 1.0 mg/mL. It is unconjugated and was raised against a recombinant human CAMK4 immunogen, then purified by affinity chromatography using the same immunogen. The antibody detects endogenous levels of total CAMK4 protein in human samples and is validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) workflows. The formulation is phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) at pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide as a preservative and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant. The product is shipped at 4 °C; on receipt, aliquot the antibody and store it at –20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles to preserve binding activity.
