Anti-CAMK4 Antibody

Within Antibodies.com's Primary Antibodies range, this unconjugated Rabbit polyclonal IgG reagent targets CAMK4. Raised in rabbit, the antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and is validated for Western Blot (WB) and Immunofluorescence (IF).

According to the manufacturer's documentation, the immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 304-473 of human CAMK4 (NP_001735.1). The antibody is affinity-purified and supplied as a liquid, with a reported molecular weight of 60 kDa. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:1,000 and ICC/IF: 1:50-1:200.

Formulation: Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% Glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. Concentration is lot specific. Storage instructions state the product is shipped at 4°C, and upon delivery should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
