Anti-CAMK2D Antibody

This Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against CaMKII delta (CAMK2D) and is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). The unconjugated IgG reagent reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–260 of human CaMKII delta (NP_742125.1), and the target protein runs at 50 kDa. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography.

Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB, 1:50–1:100 for IHC, and 1:20–1:50 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
