Anti-CAMK2B Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets CaMKII beta (CAMK2B) and is supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody validated for Western blot (WB) applications. It reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and is provided in unconjugated, liquid form with an IgG isotype.

The reagent was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–300 of human CaMKII (NP_742078.1) and purified by affinity chromatography. The target has a reported molecular weight of 51 kDa. The product is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The recommended western blot dilution is 1:500–1:2,000. It is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
