Anti-CAMK2A (phospho T286) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com directed against CaMKII alpha (CAMK2A) when phosphorylated at Thr286. The reagent is supplied as an unconjugated IgG in liquid form, validated for Western blot and reactive with human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphorylated peptide corresponding to residues surrounding T286 of human Camk2a (NP_741960.1). The product is provided in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and has been affinity purified. The target's reported molecular weight is 50 kDa. For Western blot, the manufacturer suggests a dilution range of 1:2,000–1:4,000.
