Anti-CAMK1G Antibody

Raised in rabbit as an unconjugated polyclonal IgG, this Antibodies.com reagent targets CAMK1G (Calcium/Calmodulin-Dependent Protein Kinase IG), a calcium-triggered serine/threonine kinase also referenced as CLICK-III, CaMKI gamma, CaMKIG, CLICK3, and VWS1. The antibody detects endogenous CAMK1G in human, mouse, and rat samples and is validated for Western blot, producing a band near the predicted 53 kDa molecular weight of the kinase. Supplied as 200 µl of liquid, the reagent is provided in a PBS-based buffer with glycerol and ships on cold packs; aliquot on arrival and store at -20°C to preserve activity, avoiding repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
