Anti-CAMK1 Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets TRAPPC10 and is validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (IF), including ICC/IF. It reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples and is supplied as an unconjugated IgG reagent.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–260 of human TRAPPC10 (NP_003265.3). It is affinity-purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.30) containing 0.02% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. The target has a molecular weight of 112 kDa. Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:2000 for WB and 1:50–1:100 for IF.

The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Concentration is reported as lot specific.
