Anti-CALY Antibody

The unconjugated antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and detects endogenous levels of CALY protein. It was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human CALY and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2, and the target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 23 kDa.
