Anti-CALU Antibody

An affinity-purified, unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody to Calumenin (CALU). The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing amino acids 20-315 of human CALU (NP_001210.1). The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500-1:2,000 for WB, 1:50-1:100 for IHC, and 1:50-1:200 for ICC/IF. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 50 kDa.

Supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide; concentration is lot specific. Shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, aliquot and store at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. This product is offered by Antibodies.com.
