Anti-Calregulin (G54) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Calregulin (G54), offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for research use. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 20-70 of Human Calregulin, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of the Calregulin protein. It is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target migrates at approximately 60 kDa. The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
