Anti-Calponin 2 (D156) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Calponin 2, supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2. The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 122–170 of human Calponin 2 and detects endogenous levels of Calponin 2 protein. It has been validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF/ICC) applications and reacts with human and mouse samples.

The reagent is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity reported as greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target Calponin 2 protein migrates at approximately 33 kDa.
