Anti-Calpain2 (K354) Antibody

This polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is a rabbit antibody raised against Calpain 2. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 320–370 of human Calpain 2.

It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2, and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen. Purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

The unconjugated antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. It detects endogenous levels of the Calpain-2 catalytic subunit protein, with the target band observed at approximately 80 kDa. Two scientific images are available.
