The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from the human Calmodulin sequence around the non-phosphorylation site of T80 / S82, and the antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. Provided as an unconjugated liquid in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide at a working concentration of 1 mg/mL, the 50 µl volume is intended for use across Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and ELISA workflows.
