Anti-CALM2 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to Calmodulin 1/2/3, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated primary antibody validated for western blotting. The reagent is of the IgG isotype and provided in liquid form, with reactivity established against Human and Mouse samples.

The target protein has a molecular weight of 17 kDa. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–149 of human CALM2 (NP_001734.1). The antibody is purified by affinity chromatography and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Recommended WB dilution range is 1:500–1:2,000.

Concentration is lot specific. The product is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
