Anti-CALM1 Antibody

This Rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody, offered by Antibodies.com within their Primary Antibodies range, targets CALM1 (Calmodulin 1) as well as Calmodulin 2 and Calmodulin 3. It is unconjugated and validated for Western blot (WB) applications, with reactivity against Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 70-149 of human Calmodulin 1/2/3 (NP_008819.1). The antibody is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. The reported molecular weight of the target is 17 kDa.

Recommended Western blot dilutions are 1:500-1:1,000. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
