Anti-CALHM1 Antibody

Antibodies.com offers a rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting CALHM1, supplied as an unconjugated IgG reagent validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications in Human and Rat samples. The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 202–346 of human CALHM1 (NP_001001412.3).

The reagent is provided as a liquid with a target molecular weight of 45 kDa, formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide, and purified by affinity chromatography. Concentration is lot specific. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for IHC.
