Anti-CALCRL Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against CRLR (CALCRL). The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 392-461 of human CALCRL (NP_005786.1), and the antibody has been affinity purified. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 43 kDa.

The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Recommended Western blot dilutions are 1:500-1:2,000. It is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C; freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided. For research use only.
