Anti-CALCOCO2 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody is raised against CALCOCO2 (also referred to as NDP52) and is supplied unconjugated in a liquid preparation. The reagent is affinity purified and validated for Western Blotting and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence, with confirmed reactivity against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

Provided at a lot-specific concentration in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, the antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein spanning amino acids 137–446 of human NDP52. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 52 kDa. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon receipt, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
