Anti-CALB2 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against Calretinin (CALB2) and is validated for use in Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications. The unconjugated IgG antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-271 of human Calretinin (NP_001731.2), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 29 kDa. The antibody is supplied as a liquid at lot-specific concentration in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
