Description
A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets the CAGE1 protein and is supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.3.
The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 718–762 of human CAGE1 and detects endogenous levels of the CAGE1 protein. It has been validated for Western blot (WB) applications and reacts with human, rat and mouse samples. The reagent is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of greater than 96% by SDS-PAGE. The expected molecular weight of the target is approximately 90 kDa.
