Anti-CAGE-1 Antibody

A polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit against CAGE-1. It is unconjugated and validated for use in Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and ELISA applications, with reactivity confirmed for human samples. The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from the C-terminal region of human CAGE-1, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of CAGE-1 protein.

The product is supplied at 1 mg/mL as a liquid in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be stored at -20°C in aliquots, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. One scientific validation image is available.
