Anti-CAF-1 p60 (W93) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against CAF-1 p60 and was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 70-120 of the human protein. The unconjugated antibody detects endogenous levels of CAF-1 p60 and has been validated for reactivity with human, mouse and rat samples.

Recommended applications include Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). The antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2, and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of around 61 kDa.

The reagent is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, achieving a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Four scientific images are available to support experimental review.
