Anti-CADM4 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against a synthetic peptide corresponding to an internal region of human CADM4, and it recognizes the total endogenous CADM4 protein. The antibody is supplied as a 50 µl aliquot at a working concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, with no fluorophore or enzyme attached (Unconjugated, IgG isotype). It has been validated for Western blotting, Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (WB, IHC, ICC/IF) and shows cross-reactivity with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. For best stability the vial is shipped at 4 °C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles, and the product is intended for research use only.
