Anti-CADM4 Antibody

Produced in Rabbit as a polyclonal reagent, this unconjugated antibody from Antibodies.com recognizes the CADM4 (Cell Adhesion Molecule 4) protein, a member of the nectin-like family of immunoglobulin superfamily adhesion molecules also referenced in the literature as Necl-4 and IGSF4C.

CADM4 participates in calcium-independent homophilic and heterophilic cell-cell contacts at epithelial and neural junctions, and has been implicated in Schwann cell-axon signaling, maintenance of epithelial organization, and tumor-cell adhesion phenotypes reported in melanoma and glioma research.

Validated for western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence, the antibody cross-reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples and is supplied at 100 µl for immunostaining of junctional complexes, subcellular localization studies, and protein expression profiling across cell lines and primary tissue sections.
