Anti-CADM3 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting CADM3 (also referred to as NECL-1) is offered by Antibodies.com. The unconjugated IgG reagent is supplied in liquid form and has been validated for Western blot (WB) applications, reacting with human, mouse and rat samples.

The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein containing amino acids 25-330 of human CADM3 (accession NP_001120645.1), with the target reported at a molecular weight of 43 kDa. Following affinity purification, it is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) supplemented with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.

For WB, the manufacturer recommends a dilution range of 1:500-1:2,000. The product is accompanied by 1 scientific validation image. It is shipped at 4°C and, on arrival, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
