Anti-CADM1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets CADM1 (also known as TSLC1, IGSF4, Necl-2, SYNCAM1), a cell adhesion molecule widely used as a dendritic cell marker. The unconjugated IgG antibody is supplied at a working concentration of 1 mg/ml in 50 µl of phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide as a preservative, and 50% glycerol for cryoprotection. Validated applications include Western Blot (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC), and the antibody has been shown to react with human and mouse samples, with an estimated purity above 95% following affinity purification from rabbit antiserum. The polyclonal host is rabbit, the conjugate is unconjugated, and the product should be stored at –20 °C.
