Anti-CADM1 Antibody

An affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against CADM1 and validated for Western blot applications. The unconjugated IgG reagent reacts with human, mouse and rat samples and is supplied as a liquid.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing amino acids 45-344 of human CADM1 (NP_055148.3), and the protein target has a molecular weight of 50 kDa. The formulation is Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
