Anti-Cadherin-9 (P222) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this unconjugated rabbit polyclonal reagent recognises Cadherin-9 at the P222 epitope and is supplied as a liquid at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 190–241 of human Cadherin-9 and is reported to detect endogenous levels of the Cadherin-9 protein. It is validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows and is reactive with rat samples. The product is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE, and the target protein migrates at approximately 89 kDa.
