Anti-Cadherin-8 (A519) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting Cadherin-8, supplied by Antibodies.com. The unconjugated antibody is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, and it reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 500-550 of Human Cadherin-8. The antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of Cadherin-8 protein and recognises a band at approximately 88 kDa. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, achieving a purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. Three scientific images are available.
