Anti-Cadherin-19 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent provides reliable detection of endogenous Cadherin-19 (CDH7L2) across a broad panel of experimental readouts. Each vial is supplied as 50 µL of liquid at a working concentration of 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, and is unconjugated to suit standard immunolabelling workflows. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen derived from the internal region of human Cadherin-19, yielding a polyclonal IgG reagent validated for use in Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry / immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). Although ELISA is also listed in the product metadata, the vendor's current datasheet highlights WB, IHC and ICC/IF as the core validated applications, with reactivity confirmed for human samples.
