Anti-CAD Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal primary antibody targeting the CAD protein (also known as CAD/BM1), supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent in liquid form. The antibody is validated for Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence applications, with reactivity against Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1650-1900 of human CAD (NP_004332.2). Recommended working dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:2,000, IHC: 1:50-1:100 and ICC/IF: 1:50-1:200.

The reagent is affinity purified and supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The CAD target has a reported molecular weight of 243 kDa, and the product is provided at a lot-specific concentration.
