Anti-CacyBP Antibody

CacyBP (Calcyclin-Binding Protein) is a scaffolding partner of S100 family members S100A6 and S100A12 that has been implicated in cell-cycle progression, apoptosis signaling, and tumor-progression studies. This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com targets the human CacyBP ortholog and is validated for Western Blot (WB) and Immunofluorescence (IF) workflows. The polyclonal format recognizes multiple epitopes across the protein, supporting detection of full-length CacyBP and its processed forms reported in gastric, colorectal, and breast cancer cell-line models, as well as in neuronal and skeletal-muscle differentiation contexts.

Shipped as a 100 µL liquid aliquot, the antibody is provided without an enzyme or fluorophore label, leaving secondary-reporter choice to the user (HRP, Alexa Fluor, biotin, or other conjugates).
