Anti-CACYBP Antibody

A polyclonal antibody raised in rabbit against CACYBP and supplied by Antibodies.com. The unconjugated IgG antibody is affinity-purified and validated for Western blot and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence, reacting with human, mouse, and rat samples. The target has a reported molecular weight of 26 kDa, and the reagent is described as KO validated.

For Western blotting, a dilution range of 1:500–1:1,000 is recommended, while ICC/IF use is suggested at 1:50–1:200. The product is supplied in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and held at −20 °C upon arrival, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–228 of human CACYBP (NP_055227.1).
