Anti-CACNG1 Antibody

Raised against the voltage-gated calcium channel γ1 subunit, this rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com targets CACNG1, a transmembrane AMPA receptor regulatory protein (TARP) that modulates AMPA receptor trafficking and gating in excitatory neurons. The antibody is supplied as 100 µl of affinity-purified IgG at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and it has been validated for Western blot detection of human, mouse, and rat CACNG1. Unconjugated, it fits cleanly into standard immunoblotting workflows where a primary reagent is followed by an HRP- or fluorophore-labeled secondary antibody.
